I love a good salad. More importantly, I love a salad that not only tastes amazing, but also takes no time to make. While looking for a good salad recipe to serve with rib-eye steak, I decided to pull from chatroom suggestions over the internet and create my own salad that not only pairs perfectly with red meat, but one I will definitely make again and again.
Ingredients:
-packaged arugula
-parmesan cheese (shaved)
-a package of cherry tomatoes
-extra virgin olive oil
-balsamic vinegar glaze
-salt and pepper (to taste)

1. Clean and dry the arugula, then toss into a serving bowl.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, then add tomatoes to the arugula bowl.

3. Sprinkle the shaved parmesan on top of the salad, then lightly drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze.
4. Toss well, and season if salt and pepper if you prefer!
